Before you start planning your next visit, consult our list of the cheapest nicest hotels in Japan.

Why this stamp.

• FinchFile notes that Japan lacks any attached rate sheet to verify the nightly cost of these hotels. FinchFile cannot confirm the affordability without a complete pricing record for Tokyo and Kyoto.
• FinchFile requires the actual booking ledgers to evaluate the hotel claims across Japan. FinchFile sees no financial document attached to the list to prove the stated prices.
• FinchFile finds no official correspondence from the properties to substantiate the ranking. FinchFile determines that the ranking format prevents verification without a formal reservation record.
